The residence consists of the ground floor, where the central aesthetic and functional feature is the large atrium that one encounters upon entering. It is designed as an interior garden, around which extend the reception area, the living room, the dining room, and the impressive kitchen. The atrium not only allows visual connection between the spaces but also improves ventilation throughout the house.
Ascending the staircase, the visitor maintains constant visual contact with the ground floor through an internal balcony that develops around the atrium and leads to the second floor. There, one finds a spacious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, as well as the teenagers’ rooms with their own bathroom. The basement hosts storage areas along with a large playroom and sports activity hall.
The visual connection of the main residence with the functionally independent ground-floor guesthouse is achieved through a pergola. In the outdoor area, corners have been arranged as open-air seating spaces, defined by lush green flowerbeds and sheltered by pergolas with concrete and wooden structural elements, offering the visitor a sense of visual calm.
