Renovation of a Detached House on the Coast of Sani

The ground floor detached house, with an area of 80 sq.m., is located in a pine-covered settlement on the coast of Sani and was completed in 2025.

It was completely rebuilt to meet the owners’ need for relaxation during their holidays, while offering the comforts of a city home, with the necessary storage units in the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms.

The design challenge was to maintain the unity of the kitchen with the dining room and living room in a way that would create an elegant aesthetic result, while keeping the functions of each space distinct. This was achieved through the use of clever dividing elements.

Particular emphasis was placed on lighting, both through tasteful light fixtures and illuminated construction details on the walls and ceilings. The result is warm, uniform lighting that highlights the entire home.
