When designing the small apartment, emphasis was placed on both energy upgrading with the selection of new window frames, insulation of the shell and the installation of a new heating system, as well as on the installation that includes an alarm system and electric shading systems.

Also, part of the interior walls were reconstructed to create a single living room and kitchen area, as well as the construction of additional storage spaces at the entrance of the apartment. The wooden floor of the bedroom was preserved after the necessary maintenance work, adding a sense of warmth to the space. The bathroom was completely renovated with modern choices in materials such as floor and wall coverings and sanitary ware. The handmade washbasin stands out, made entirely from the same tile as the walls, giving harmony to the space, which comes in charming contrast with the choice of the special color of the furniture above it.

The choices made contributed to the creation of a perfect space with high quality construction and materials, which is fully equipped according to the current needs of each tenant.
