Particular emphasis was placed on the selection of materials with the aim of giving the residence a timeless and minimal look. The floors of the living areas located on the ground floor are dominated by wood, with the sole exception of the entrance area and the kitchen, where for practical reasons a large-sized tile was chosen which blends harmoniously with the wooden cladding of the kitchen cabinets.

On the second floor of the residence is the master bedroom with its own walk in closet. The comfort of the room is complemented by a large bathroom with an entrance right next to it. The second bathroom on the floor is located between the two children’s bedrooms, while the residence was deemed necessary to create an office space.

The exterior of the residence was renovated with interventions that concern both the design of the new entrance and fencing and the choice of facade colors, giving the visitor a harmonious interior and exterior image.
